I think this is "Violet Charm Clematis".

HF Young is a common type 2, and both the petal color and shape and the stamen color is consistent with your photo. Mine won't bloom for a couple of weeks yet, so timing is reasonable as well.

Violet Charm is supposed to have red stamens, so I don't think that this is VC.

I think HF Young or General Sikorski.

I was going to say it looked like HF Young -- OTOH, I live not too far from you, and mine bloomed a few weeks ago. But if you are a good bit north of the KY/TN border, yours may just be behind mine.

None of those names ring a bell and I am quite certain I purchased it online, so you'd think I would remember. Drat!
