I agree w/ Steve Henderson. In our master bath we have art on tile, which I thought better suited to humidity. Ours is of Native Americans by Native Americans.

Um, I don't agree with artwork in a bedroom. Maybe one piece above the headboard, once you get one.. Thats a very good idea. Artwork is great in a living room where it can be appreciated but in my bedroom I want no clutter or distractions. I have small framed photos of my loved ones and that's it. Blinds for the window, a headboard, a paint job and yes making the outside beautiful is the artwork you should go for. You want to look at artwork? go to a museum! LOL

Would suggest new bedding - something comfortable but luxurious as well. Also would suggest a rug to anchor the bed itself. If you need privacy would definitely suggest window treatments of some kind. Yes, to artwork. There's no reason not to have beautiful things to look at in your bedroom.

I would suggest new bedding, a new table lamp, a custom cushion for the bay window area and a head board.
