I'd leave it just like it is. You don't have a lot of wall space for your bed and furnishings.

If you wanted to do it anyway, move one of the sinks between the shower and linen closet. Bump in the wall so that you have a 24" wide counter. Put a flush mount medicine cabinet in the bump-out that is all mirror set in mirror on the wall with mirror outlet covers over gfi outlets. Take the mirror to the ceiling and use a drop light. Lose the other sink. You could use a pocket door so that you don't have to worry about the swing of the door in either room.

The bathroom will only be used by the master bedroom, no public access.

Can you provide a picture of the vestibule area taken from the master bedroom door?

Remove linen closet from bathroom. Put toilet in that corner. Put door to master where toilet once was

What facilities do the people in the other bedroom use? If your answer is that you're not using that other bedroom as a bedroom, so it doesn't need a bathroom, that may have a major negative impact on resale value.
