Unfortunately, we don’t offer the vanities without the
hardware; it just comes as part of the set. However, that being said, the
hardware is easy to remove and swap out if you prefer something more
customized. The manufacturer of these vanities installs all the hardware
reversed (inside the vanity) to protect the hardware from damage during
transit. Because it ships reversed, customers have to remove the hardware
anyways so they can flip it around to the outside. As a result, you could
simply remove the hardware inside the vanity when it arrives and replace it
with hardware of your choosing. Please let us know if you have any additional

Does this mean that the holes are already drilled? So any swapping of hardware would have to line up perfectly with the hardware that comes with it? Is this right?

Correct. The holes are pre-drilled and the hardware would need to match to the pre-existing holes.
