Colored bathtub interior - bathroom redesign - natural looking product

Help all of you clever Houzzers. I'm creating a bathroom within a garden conservatory/orangery type setting. The bath will be in an area that can be easily seen. As such, I'd like to "disguise" its bathroom nature - opting instead for a bath that is NOT white, but colored on the outside and inside so it looks more like a large water feature/empty pond.

We are avid bathers, so also need something minimum 180 cm long x 80 cm wide (70" x 31")

My budget struggles to opt for a copper tub, or one of the gorgeous timber creations. The location (2nd floor) prevents me from buying a full stone tub. I know I can easily paint up an iron claw foot on the outside, but I'm sceptical of products that claim to color successfully the interior enamel that would last over a long period of time (unless anyone can share otherwise). I am against the cleaning of a tiled interior roman bath.

There are so many beautiful tub designs, including the freestanding resin ranges, but everything seems to have white interiors. Would love any suggestions please?
