Ninebark: green areas on purple leaves

Can anybody tell me what that might be? Thank you!

variegation ... just enjoy it ... see if it appears next year ... if so.. maybe you have something new and cool ...

It's reversion to the all green of the original plant. It happens now and then. If you don't like it, remove that leaf. Don't know if it can be propagated.

not at this stage anyway ... but if it returned for say.. 3 years ... i bet you could figure out how to propagate it ...

this is how new things are found.. for the nursery trade ...

but to be clear ... all but two in a million.. just disappear ... so.. as i said.. just enjoy your little weirdo .. lol

ps: as to the second mentioned above ..... if it does go all green... cut it off .. be done with it ...
