Backsplash paint?

In the photo linked above, what brand/type of paint is used as the backsplash? Is it easy to clean? And can it be painted over cement screed? I ended up with cement screed as a backsplash which was not done well, is dusty, hard to clean and shows water/oil marks easily. *cringe* Looking for an affordable, easy to clean solution! Thanks!
