I love cherry for cabinets. Actually mine are arriving Tuesday and are paired with Cambra Wentwood for the hutch counter and Caesarstone Dreamy Marfil for the working side of the kitchen. Hopefully, other people will weigh in with their perspectives. Best wishes.

what you show is very "together" if that is your look...the darker cherry stain does well with the lighter more vibrant areas in the floor/counter and yes the white wavy backsplash. Have fun with stylish cabinet hardware , too, and just go for it then!!

you could also do a plain slab door in one of the exotic veneers or a glossy modernistic look for a less traditional vibe than the raised panel dark cherry......just for a different approach. But you know what your house is all about, and what you want.....do you think putting up pictures of your space and plan would be helpful??
