My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Furniture comes default with Ivory covers; we do have option to order additional covers in other colors.

      Those are the ones that comes with the set, of course are zippered and washable. For additional covers, we have several colors and qualities. we can discuss this on the phone, no problem.

      I would like to have this set but I'm also concerned it's not sumbrella material. Not sure how it will hold up ? We do not have a cover on our extended patio but I need a conversational piece. Can you contact me please.

      All components of the sectionals are meant to be outdoor; that doesn't mean if it rains it won't get wet or dirty; any fabric will get wet and dirty eventually. I always suggest to protect the furniture with a weather cover when no in use, this way it always will be clean and dry when you need.

      Sunbrella is specially good on UV protection, which in the color we send covers (ivory), is not a problem.
