My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks everyone! I do love SdlM, it's becoming a favorite! When JFK is at its' best, I love it, I keep hoping that every year it will improve. Fourth season for Midas Touch and it is beginning to take off, used to have it years ago and loved it, it's one of the hardier yellows. Tropicana does have a pinkish cast, it must have been the camera, my Tropicana blooms are always orange. Here's one from last year.
