The most easy in, easy out I can think of is Walk-in Tub (they have a door that allows you to get in and out), although you have to wait for the water to drain completely before you can open the door to get out. They are very convenient for elderly people who have hard time using conventional tubs as they allow this easy in/out and many other features; bench, jets etc.
