My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Deck framing

Could u comment on sizes of materials used for the deck support framing? Also what was the size of the deck?

    sure! i used 8x8 P.T. Post, you can use 6x6 , the support beam joist are 2x10 P.T. 4x4 rail post and aluminum ballist . deck boardsvare 5/4 x6 P.T. decking. i constructed the deck for future expansion of house. Hope This Helps!
