A common question from impatient growers here. :-) Unfortunately too many variables to give you an estimate that even borders on being accurate. You are a smidge low on sun so that will delay, are they container plants or not, feeding and watering regimen, location and climate, etc.?

oh that's perfect, thanks! I know - a bit low on sun. Some containers, some in the ground. Sighhhhhh. I'll just stare at the zucchini plants for a while - they should be pumping them out soon.

From pea size to edible here in the PNW, I'd say about 40 to 70 days.

Not for the cherries especially the sungold. Those will be first.
