My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      It looks like prefinished White Oak with an oiled or matte finish.

      Jennifer Wamboldt, a matte finish just means low gloss. It looks like Loba would give you a very similar look. You can have your floor finisher make some samples for you. We offer a similar look using Bona Traffic Naturale'. You are looking for a low gloss non yellowing natural look over White Oak from the sounds of it.
