After hours on BM and SW visualizers, I keep wanting to paint my moderately large bedroom (with one large window) a rich deep blue color(either SW indigo batik or BM in the midnight hour or newburg green). Friends all tell me do it on one wall and paint the others a light color - I have found some off-whites that could work, but they don't give me the soothing feeling I am looking for in my bedroom. A mistake will be difficult to paint over, though, given the deep color (this is my forever home), and I've never lived with a dark(ish) bedroom before - I'm thinking though I can decorate with large light pictures if it feels too dark. Advice?
