Problem with Tiny Tim Tomato Plant

My plant is mature and well over 18"tall. However, at the crown, the leaves have begun to discolor. They are healthy looking, but with strange yellowing. She has begun to bear fruit, but I am concerned about the leaves. Should I remove them? I have only fed her fish emulsion. Not sure what to do as I actually had this problem before when I was growing them hydroponically. Those plants did not make it. Any suggestions? I grew this plant from seed.

I would guess bad nutrient deficiency of some kind. Fish emulsion isn't really very nutritionally complete--it gives N and some trace minerals but no real K or P or speak of. Nutrient deficiency can get really bad in containers or hydroponic settings and can set on kind of suddenly. I would start giving a liquid tomato and/or veg fertilizer or at least a liquid fertilizer that is more balanced than fish emulsion and see whether that leads to improvement.

It's kind of funny because I have given her a personality too. I think I spend all day in my grow room with my veggies sometimes!
