Yay! I'm always glad to see when you and Jennifer are getting good media coverage of the great work that you and the other volunteers do at VF. I always hope that when people in your area see stories like this, maybe it will inspire them to get involved.

I hope it becomes a trend. Some (most) of our helpers were city folks. I found it very interesting how they hung around and helped much longer than I expected. No one just picked up potatoes and ran off. I am now convinced that our society can be turned around. Greed and narcissism aren't satisfying in the long run. That said, there remains a lot of work to do.

I got the opportunity to teach a pressure canning class last Tuesday. We (Vision Farms) gave the star pupil a new canner. She will be the primary instructor for our next class. I will monitor her class for accuracy and completeness.

Thank you for all the support. It has been a tiresome but rewarding enterprise.
