Mounting TV over brick + woodburning fireplace

I would like to mount the tv over this fireplace. I would like to know:
1. What kind of person do I call to set up the plug behind the tv, feed wires through wall - electrician?
2. Is it feasible to do this behind a wood burning fireplace?
3. Any other ideas (photos/plans are great) of how I can make a tv work in this space (this is the only available wall - on either side are windows).
