Brookhaven is a step up from Omega's frameless Dynasty offering. I would also look at Ultracraft. The furniture board (standard construction) Ultracraft uses is very good. I have been using it for years without an issue.

I would not recommend Omega Dynasty if you are going with a painted finish. We had terrible issues with the finish in our previous home and had to replace many cabinet and drawer fronts. In our current home we used William Ohs cabinets with a painted finish and the finish and quality is far superior to Omega Dynasty.

You / we are not exactly comparing Apples to Apples here. William Ohs makes great cabinetry with a price tag to match. Kitchen Craft is a low budget frame-less line. Ultracraft has a very good finish and a 100 year warranty. They only charge a maximum of 5% up charge for finish upgrades like paint and distressing.They also don't charge for custom sizes (within reason). I would not waste the money on the plywood upgrade. The furniture board Ultracraft uses is very good and resists moisture and water better than plywood. they also seal all exposed edges making it very resistant to de-lamination due to water or moisture.
