Lawn damage from contractors

I'm thankful insurance paid for our new roof but don't share the same sentiment related to the byproducts of their lazy work. I've got at least 10 (stopped counting) dead spots around the house. They're all circular and about 8-10" in diameter. They're clearly sites where lazy guys spilled excess gas. What is the best way to go about treating these areas so they grow grass again? I've got Tif 419 Bermuda and am located in the Dallas, TX area.

I won't even get started on how many roofing nails I found even after the company's "quality control" guys came out for the follow up visit, which specifically included combing the area for picking up stray nails. I'm not really sure I expected anything else but one always hopes.

I've also got a nice leveling project for the entire strip of lawn outside my back fence, which apparently the roofers thought doubled as a piece of the driveway/alley.
