My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is that real wood siding on the bottom portion? Does Hardie offer a wood look?

    Thank you for your question. Yes, that is real wood on the lower portion of the home. It is called Ipe. Hardie siding is on the upper portion and side elevation shown. Hardie siding is a fiber cement product made to look like wood. There are 25 pre-finished colors available. They are all solid colors, not a stained wood look.
