Yes, I think that looks like the best choice for you too! Although some clients prefer not to have a TV over the fireplace because it puts it too high up for viewing, yours would probably be okay. We try to put the bottom of the TV no higher than 48" off the floor for maximum viewing comfort, but it doesn't always work out exactly that way.
