I am planning to use some cork-backed, luxury vinyl plank flooring. It is for a new build. Do I need to use a vapor barrier between the plywood subfloor and the vinyl planks, or only if the flooring will be used on concrete, or for a crawl space. I am trying to save needless expense, but want to have the home pass inspection. Thank you.
