These doors were custom made. We used a solid MDF flush panel door and then applied nickel gap boards over the door panels.

Beautiful job! I'd like to copy the wall that separates the kitchen and pantry. How are the edges of the door finished? Is the doorway trimmed with boards, sheetrock or something else? Since there is no baseboard, do you have advice on placing the lowest board? Am I correct that you start with it and work your way up?
