Succulent bug ID

I'm new to growing succulents and picked this up at Costco in March. It's been doing fine however I noticed over the past few days some tiny bugs (0.5cm?) crawling around the exterior of the pot and on the surrounding windowsill late at night. There are 2 other succulents that I purchased around the same time however those don't seem to have any bugs attracted to it (I've isolated them from this one). I've attached some pictures. Some of the leaves have some brown tips but not sure if this is from sunburn? I don't see any bugs growing on the leaves. The tiny bugs that I've killed thus far look lighter than what they appear in the picture (more a light yellow?). I'm debating if I should spray it with a soapy solution? I've laid down some boric acid around the windowsill although I know this probably won't do much for plant related bugs. The soil is fast draining and I only water it once a week / when dry. Thanks!!
