Is it engineered wood? What color?

I really like the floor , we are getting our flooring find. Would love to know that color and place of the lumber yard

Those are beautiful Black Walnut floors. The bevels mean prefinished. If this is a condo the subfloor is likely concrete. That would mean the planks would need to be Engineered for a glue down installation. We just sent a similar Black Walnut floor to another Houzz user Puneet in NC.

Thanks you so much for your reply. yes we have been told by our contractors that we need to glue down installation so we are thinking of going with laminated floor installation that has click lock.

Do you mean Engineered flooring? Engineered plank can be glued down. We can make the floors above as Engineered if need be. joel@oakandbroad.com
