I would paint the walls a warm, soft yellow to match the accent tile. I like the mirror in the pic below. Add some wrought iron accents either in wall sconces, candle holders etc. Terracotta pots

I think your tile work is beautiful! I agree with above, yellow paint. What about dark wood shutters like the "mediterranean bathroom" pic above, in the window over the tub? You just need a few additions to make it all come together.

Thanks for the ideas... Shutters are a great idea... I did try a yellow but think I picked the wrong one... to green yellow.. made me crazy.. but a soft yellow .. ummm thanks

what about a light terra cotta color on the wall? Just a thought. Pale yellow would be nice too--that is a tricky color to get right. I'd do samples first! :)

oh i meant to say that I like the idea of the wooden shutters too. plantation would be great. Dark wood or maybe aged copper mirror?

Wooden shutters are probably not a good idea because of where the shower head is ... but maybe shutters from plastic... in a wood tone like the wood on the under sink chest.

Yes, make sure it is warm in tone.

Splashes of color are needed Oranges will go fabulously with all the blue I like the yellow accents like towels and handcrafted goods but you could be bold with orange range on the walls that will help tremendously.

How about painting the rest of the room the color of the tub. Maybe a shade or so lighter.
Then do a wide chunky distressed mirror in a dark wood with yellow paint that has been
Applied then sanded off to make it look aged. Then do a wonderful art glass pendant or
2 in front of the large mirror to reflect the light..the glass could be whatever color you want.
You could even do a shelf above the toilet with the same finish to tie it together. Or do the picture
Frame to match.
