Yes - this is a stained concrete patio! It is not polished, it was actually just a rainy day we took the photos :-)
We needed to keep this area safe for residents going to and from the pool so we roughed up the concrete a bit so it would be more slip resistant!

Earth water based stain by rustoleum is really close I use tons of it

I too really like the color of your concrete. We are installing a pool and I can't decide on a concrete color. The "Rustoleum earth base stain", this is the stain product you used? When you say "really close" it doesn't sound like the same one? Would you happen to have anymore photos handy? I would love to see them? Did you acid wash the concrete?
