What type of shrub is this?

can anyone tell me what type of shrub this is? It's planted in the court yard of the Hershey medical center.

    Looks like a Hinoki cypress, Chamaecyparis obtusa. But there are about a scazilion different cultivars, many of which look very similar so beyond that, not at all sure :-)
