Will the roof change or stay as it? Its hard to find a Craftsman with quoins, but this one has them in stone. You might cover yours with a thin stone veneer.

Amazing Ideas! Thank you. The roof is brand new so we'll have to work with the color. I agree, bay window has to be replaced with square. I was also thinking of replacing current entry with 2 double wood doors, hubby says that could be a big job with having to cut brick?

It's going to be tough to take this one to "Craftsman". You can do some things with colors, removing shutters, lighting, columns, garage doors, etc. that will give you more of that feel.
