If the item arrived with a broken glass shade, then you can contact the seller you bought it from or you can give us a call and we can assist you with the replacement glass as well. Please let us know if you have any other questions about the fixture.

It was not broken, lost during the bathroom remodel probably thrown out by contractor. Is it available at any of the lighting retail stores.
