I have groups of phloxes in my garden and for weeks now, I have noticed they are slowly getting destroyed from the top downwards. There are no leaves at bottom of plants, no insects on the plants or at bottom of plant. What could be causing this, it is working it's way from one end to the other end of my yard. I noticed neighbor beside me has same problem too.
