Yes, I am pretty sure that first photo is a Fish Pepper.

It's a jalapeno. At first I thought you were sort of joking that I did that to my leaves with fish fertilizer. Ha! My bad.

I think It's the lighting from the sun in the first pic, not white and green leaves so not a fish pepper. As for leaf miners your only two options is pinch around the ends of the trail to kill the leaf miners or pull the affected leaves. Chemicals, sprays, powders ect do not work because the miners are in the leaves. But it also looks like a bit more going on. Either too much moisture in the soil or not enough food available.

I did accidentally plant the bell slightly lower than the other plants so it gets more water. Is that what looks wrong with the bell leaves?

It could be a factor, but it's made it this far too. What do the newer leaves look like?

Hmmm, It could be the light, but that lone pod on the plant sure looks variegated to me. The variegation in the leaves isn't always evident.

They're jalaps. Here's a closer pic and more leaf miners...I don't know how I'd manually clear this. There are so so many.

Here are the newer bell leaves and new white ghost. Could this be water too?

Lucky esox. They are on all my peppers but, thankfully not my citrus!

From what I can see there are not many leaf miner tracks as there are pepper leaf necrosis. Which is hard to narrow down the exact cause. What kind of fertlizer have you given them and how frequent? Also all the different chemicals you used on the plants could have cause stress to the leaves. I suggest that you not use any more of the chemicals and let the plant ride out for two weeks and see how it recovers.

esox07, yeah that pod is a bit strange for a jalapeno.

That is probably the route I would take at this point. Too many variables to make a good diagnosis right now.

I haven't fertilized the peppers for a while. At least a few weeks. They had some tomato fertilizer and maybe fish fertilizer in their life but that's it. It's been at least 3 weeks since either. The bell has given me a couple good peppers already. The jalaps vary. Some are a bit sucked in, and some are normal.

The scorpion doesn't look good either and it's the only one that made it..
