Leaf problem identification help

Hi, I have a newly transplanted sugar maple and I have been noticing some orange colored spots on some of the leaves. It's been really warm where I live this week and noticed some of the leaves now look like this. Last week I sprayed it with a triple action spray but noticed the orange spots starting prior to spraying it. Can someone help me identify this problem and if it's anything to be really concerned about. I'm very new to any kind of gardening and plant care.

Why did you spray it to begin with? Exactly what pest were you treating it for?

It is very good advice to never ever treat for anything until you have a firm ID on what the problem is. Prophylactic spraying in hopes of combating "something" often causes more problems than it cures. The label on that product says not to use it on stressed plants, and a new transplant is stressed. It also says not to use on plants with tender tissue. The entire label is frightening, especially it's damage to pollinators.

I don't know what your tree's issue is but personally I would step away from the tree and the sprayer.
