color will change in every space so you need to choose what looks best in yours. I always suggest getting 2-3 samples and painting a large swatches and live with it for a few days. See how it changes in different light and at different times of the day.

can i buy a small amount of paint ?

i'm not sure i understand what do you mean by clean and dirty colors. I have dark brown floors and brown cabinets , but i'm sick of beige walls . I wanna change :)
