Window which wood or stain

What wood is this- VG Doug fir, or is it a stain on some other type of wood?

    This is a great question. It's actually two woods. The window face trim is fir to match the trim throughout the house but the window frames are actually pine and stained to match the fir.

    The ceiling wood is tongue and groove cedar- it looks a lot like fir in the photo.
