My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It looks like a prefinished Hickory floor with a dark brown stain.

    Good eye, Oak & Broad! It is a Halton Hickory floor in Heather stain by Kraus Flooring. It was supplied and installed locally here on beautiful Vancouver Island by United Floors. It has a lovely rich colour without being too dark and the smooth "hand-scraped" texture feels really nice underfoot.
