Not familiar w/ model you're considering, but my niece has wall-mount & loves it. One thing she likes is hygenic aesthetics. Easy to keep floot immaculate.

Flush wall toilets have been used in Europe for decades. Just make sure the one you want flushes sufficiently for your needs. Our water saver laws create many problems.

Does it need an access door on the other side of the wall? How do you reach things if there is a problem?

It doesn't gain you one bit of real space in a layout. It costs you space. It needs a 6" plumbing wall behind it, if you don't already have that. Plus you have to put in a header, which if the wall is load bearing, can be tricky.

Kohler Adair is a compact comfort height 1 piece space saver toilet. I just bought for my bathroom remodel

I'm getting ready to put Kohler Santa Rosa in front bath when done w/ tile & painting. It's one-piece, comfort height, too.
