I am in the final stages of planning my kitchen reno. I am definitely doing white cabinets and i'm trying to keep a timeless and classic look. I am deciding between montauk black or blue slate floors (12x24) and then not sure if i should go with a countertop close in color or not. Originally i was thinking montauk black with caesarstone Raven counters but afraid that is too matchy? Or considering Caesarstone pebble but afraid the color is too light against my white cabinets.

Alternatively could do blue slate floors with Raven counters but then i'm afraid the floors will be too light and look more like patio stone in the kitchen.

Or maybe i need a new counter altogether (silestone maybe) that is more of an in between gray. Also was considering looking at ceramic or porcelain options for a more even slate type of color. Any thoughts to help me with my decision? Thanks!
