What is the load capacity on these?

I am thinking of using them as open shelving in my kitchen to hold plates/bowls/etc.

It depends on the shelf. A 36" x 6" with two brackets has a top capacity of 30 lbs. while a 48" x 10" with three brackets has a top load of 35 lbs.

what about the 36" x 12"? What's the load capacity?
