How noticeable or prominent are the black accents in the tile? How quick is turnaround time if have to ship back damaged goods?

Hello, There isn't a lot of black in this tile. I have attached a few photos that may give you a better idea. You shouldn't receive any damaged tiles but if for some reason you do, we just ask for a photo of the broken tile(s) and we will ship you replacements right away.
