My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Our remodel project

We are first time Houzz visitors! We are possibly buying a retirement home in San Juan Capistrano. It is small 1,200';Kitchen needs some "help". Small patio yard needs "help". We are trying to put a remodel budget together .Home needs to be painted inside.

I'm in the flooring business and will put in new hardwood floors.
