Wrongfully taking credit for the garden design?

This garden was designed by Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates Inc and was widely published in professional journals. Why is The Todd Group taking credit for it?

We never take credit for designs by other firms nor did we. We executed the design and brought it to life. Hope you enjoyed the project as much as we enjoyed building it.

Its very cool and I'd like to know is that cement holding the bricks in place?
