I am trying to identify these two trees planted by the previous homeowner. The flowery looking one is particularly lovely and I'd love to know what it is! Thanks.

PS - The garden is so overgrown and I'm a complete novice. If you see anything that you'd suggest doing, please let me know. I know the irises probably need dividing... We've cleared a lot of brush here but not done much else.
