My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The wood floor was supplied and finished by Okanagan Hardwood in Kelowna, B.C. The wood is distressed 5" Character Grade White Oak with 1/16" bevel edge supplied by Wide Plank Hardwoods. (Beware..Picture color is not reliable via computer). The stain color is called Provincial and the top coat is an oil based Polo Plaz Primero satin finish. It is definitely a beautiful color that goes with all wood furniture. Sometimes when choosing wood stain for floors stay away from colors that are too red, or too black, etc. Hope this helps.
