Need help choosing kitchen color!

I have a new kitchen design in new home. I have traditional L shaped kitchen design - 10 for ceilings- my cabinetry will reach ceiling. with trim. I would like the surround to be white and have chosen cherry - truffle color for my island. The countertops will be a Calcutta Quartz look. I am using Omega Dynasty cabinetry. They have 2 white options:

Pearl and Bright White. I would like a fireclay sink and don't want to clash too much with other whites.

Borrow cabinet door samples finished in Pearl and Bright White and take them to the showroom to place them next to the fireclay sink and see which one looks best.
