Hi,

This is my house plan, I designed it from rock bottom to top. I am now in the finishing stages however I still do not know what I am going to do with the front room of the house.

The house is 4 stories cause in Malta thats how houses are built that is:

- Semibasement Garage underneath this floor

- Elevated Ground Floor (picture)

- 3 bedrooms First Floor

- Laundry Room and Roof

In this floor I have a kitchen on left corner (grey wall), dining table opposite, and couch and tv in the middle under a staircase leading to the upper floors (the stairs are not rendered in the design).

In front I placed another couch, TV and living room, but I would not like to have both living rooms and I prefer the one under the stairs to have everything all together in that open plan.

Please what would be your suggestions for the front room.
