Spring Ghost Spruce

I want one....where can I buy one? Buchholz isn't responsive and Kigi has tiny ones. I live in Cleveland, Zone 6a so driving to the Pacific Northwest is out of the question. I would buy online but did not have a good experience before (fast-growing trees). If i was to buy a 1-year old spring ghost could I grow it indoors until its hardy enough to be planted outside? I have a great south facing room with 2 decent size windows.
