Looks like some sort of Ribes. But without knowing where this is located we might be suggesting impossibilities.

Very similar to ribes aureum.

The usual R. aureum of gardens is actually R. odoratum. The true R. aureum isn't as appealing for horticultural use.

Do you happen to be in an area of white pine, western white pine, or any other valuable 5-needle pines? If the answer is yes, I'd get rid of this piece of junk today, not tomorrow. White pine blister rust is decimating lots of very good pines and Ribes are the alternate hosts. Not at all worth having if such is the case.
