My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Aside from the windows, does this room have other sources of ventilation--ceiling fan, exhaust fan, etc? Also did you have to use special materials behind the stone due to the moisture content?

    The room is part of the HVAC envelope of the home, it also has a ceiling fan, and vent fan. Behind the stone we used hardi backer to create the stable water resistant wall structure.

    The room has a standard vent fan to remove moisture. The wall is constructed of a hardi backer like behind tile the the mortar and stone overlay.
